Speaker diarization · Word-level timecodes · Five export formats

Turn every recording into a transcript you can trust.

Verquil transcribes video and audio for research, legal, and medical teams — batch upload, automatic speaker separation, precise timecodes, and a custom vocabulary that gets your terms right. 13 languages, powered by Nova-3, and you export to txt, docx, pdf, srt, or vtt. Punctuation is restored where the engine leaves it out, and most files come back with a short summary on top.

01 — Languages

One engine. 13 languages.

Transcribe interviews, hearings, and clinical rounds in the language they were spoken — English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and eight more. Auto-detect resolves 10 of the 13 without you picking anything, and handles code-switching within a single recording in one pass; for Chinese and Korean, select the language explicitly. Speaker labels stay consistent across the whole file.

02 — Accuracy

Accurate, and tunable to your field.

Speaker diarization and word-level timecodes are built in. Add your own keyterms so drug names, statutes, and proper nouns come back spelled the way you write them — not the way they happen to sound.

Batch upload, billed per file

Drop in a batch of files at once. Every file transcribes independently and succeeds or fails on its own. One credit per minute of audio; failed jobs are refunded automatically, so you're never over-charged.

Punctuation put back, and a summary on top

Some languages come back from the engine with almost no punctuation — Chinese most of all. Verquil puts it back, and checks character by character that not one word was changed; if a passage does not check out, you get the engine's original text instead of a guess. Most files also come back with a short summary of the key points, sitting above the transcript and labelled as AI-generated; a recording with barely anything said in it, or one the summarizer fails on, simply arrives without a summary. The engine's original transcript is always kept as it came.
